MiniLIM 6G presentation

Like the PocketLIM, the MiniLIM is a multi-application display and data acquisition system specially designed for outdoor use in harsh site conditions.

It is in range below the PocketLIM in order to offer a more economical solution.

The main differences with the PocketLIM 5G are:

  • A smaller screen, 4.3 “instead of 5” or 7 “;

  • No buttons to access the various menus, single use of the touch screen;

  • No 3G/4G GPRS modem;

  • Wifi module optional;

  • No access to NaviLIM & Drill@LIM functions.

The recorded data (BOR) is stored and transferred via USB to be processed with LIMSoft windows software or in the cloud with GEO-LOG 4 web application.

The MiniLIM-6G features a simple and effective man-machine interface, with a high-brightness Black & White screen whose various menus are accessed via high-resistance buttons adapted to site conditions.

 

Folder and borehole names are entered via a virtual touch keyboard.

 

Data files stored in the MiniLIM-6G's internal memory are automatically transferred to the GEO-LOG 4 web application via GPRS 3G/4G modem and/or Wifi, or by USB key for download.

The sensors are essential components of the data acquisition system..
They quantify  a physical quantity in the form of a signal (usually electric) which is then used in the development of many calculations.

The MiniLIM has a simple Human Machine Interface (HMI) and a 4.7" color touch screen (480 x 272 pixels) with icons, color codes and virtual keyboard.
