The PocketLim is a recorder that monitors drilling parameters during underground work, particularly tunnel boring. Compact in size, it measures depth, advance speed, hydraulic forces, flow rate, pressure, and other parameters in real time, depending on the context.

 

The recorder and its sensors can be easily integrated into any type of underground equipment, including tunnel boring machines.

 

The MiniLIM was recently installed on a latest-generation Robbins tunnel boring machine, the MDM500 Mine Development Machine - Robbins, which is notable for being the first tunnel boring machine with a rectangular cutterhead.

-Instantaneous advance speed

-Pressure on the drilling tool

-Impact pressure

-Rotational torque

-Injection pressure and volume
